The deadline to complete Title IX training is September 30. Gustavus remains committed to serving anyone who has been harmed by sex discrimination or interpersonal violence. New regulations for Title IX policy and procedure were released on August 1, 2024, so the annual training has been updated to reflect those changes.
Resources, supportive measures, and accommodations will always remain available to reporting parties. More detailed information can be found on the Gustavus Title IX webpage at https://gustavus.edu/titleix.
All employees (with some exceptions) of the College are considered mandated reporters and are required to report any potential/alleged incidents of sex discrimination to the Title IX Coordinator. The report can be made online at Report Sex Discrimination or by contacting the Title IX Coordinator directly at apehrson@gustavus.edu or 507-933-6360.
